Updated: Feb 15, 2019
Agape Home is a place where God's AMAZING LOVE provides safe shelter for women to heal in community. It is a manifestation of courage from Gray & Char Boyette and Lauren Garvie, whose hearts are joined together in commitment to sharing a message of hope and recovery. Agape Home is God's House and God is the source of our hope.
Agape Home is dedicated to Liz, a mother whose love lives on in the hearts of all who dare to trust God in the journey of RECOVERY. Gray, Char and Lauren are NC Certified Peer Support Specialists. Gray and Lauren are certified substance abuse counselors. Char is a licensed clinical addictions counselor, EMDR trauma trained therapist, and ordained minister. Together, we pray that all who dwell here find shelter in the Almighty God who satisfies the human heart with Peace, Love and Joy. And above all these things LOVE because LOVE never fails and LOVE never ends. For GOD is LOVE. Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil - a threefold cord is not quickly broken. (Ecclesiastes 4)
