Episode 14 Published!
In this episode we welcome Tommy Cook to the podcast! Tommy is a wilderness therapist at a youth treatment facility in Asheville, NC and a member of the Refuge Recovery community. In this conversation we talk about his road to recovery and what he experienced in returning to use and attending multiple treatment centers. By keeping a positive, reflective outlook towards his past and appreciating the stepping stones that have gotten him to where he is today, Tommy shows us that it is important to take something good away from every experience that builds upon a person's unique pathway to recovery.
We also welcome back our good friend and guest from episode 7, Ginger Malcom.
